An all-new collection of 4 short stories clustered around the idea of young adulthood in a futuristic yet nostalgic world. Vampires, kaiju, ancient fish eggs, and silent underwater cities, all overlapping with the vicissitudes and precarity of starting to find your way in the world.

Ding Pao-Yen is a young comic artist from Taiwan. Their work has been making waves for several years now, even being featured and supported by the Angouleme comics artist residency. They are an invited artist at MoCCA 2025, and have recently had several major releases including their latest, CONSOLE 2073. Their books have been released in Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese. This is the author’s long awaited English debut.
