We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your items. Returns must meet certain conditions: your items must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags and original packaging intact, showing no obvious signs of use, and free from any writing, marks, or stains. If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We do not accept items returned without prior approval. Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as packaged books that cannot be resold, items with obvious damage, or those with stains or marks. If you have questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us. We apologize, but promotional items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
