《在野党》杂志是中国民主党组党时期唯一的党刊，以传播中国的民主、人权等理念为宗旨，成立于1998年9月。《在野党》由毛庆祥先生倡议，并在中国浙江省创办，浙江筹委会成员轮值各期的编撰。出刊至第9期后，绝大多数成员被抓，刊物由聂敏之、陈树庆、王荣清继续出刊至第11期，因聂敏之等人被抓而停刊。
但民主火种一直未灭，在历经27年之久，在毛庆祥、谢长发、朱虞夫和郑存柱等海内外中国民主党人的共同努力下，期刊于2025年6月25日在美国洛杉矶成功复刊。新《在野党》杂志将分为《思想火种》《真相中国》《民运之路》《视频专栏》《作品连载》《档案馆》等内容模块，设有官方网站https://www.zyd1998.com，并于每月25日刊出电子期刊，纸质期刊会同步发布，敬请订阅。
The Opposition Party magazine is the only official party publication of the China Democracy Party during its founding period. Established in September 1998 with the mission of promoting democracy and human rights in China, it was initiated by Mr. Mao Qingxiang in Zhejiang Province, with members of the Zhejiang Preparatory Committee taking turns as editors for each issue. After the 9th issue was published, most of the committee members were arrested. The magazine was then continued by Nie Minzhi, Chen Shuqiang, and Wang Rongqing until the 11th issue, after which it was forced to cease publication due to further arrests.
Yet the flame of democracy never died. After 27 years, through the joint efforts of both domestic and overseas members of the China Democracy Party — including Mao Qingxiang, Xie Changfa, Zhu Yufu, and Zheng Cunzhu — the magazine was successfully relaunched in Los Angeles, USA, on June 25, 2025. Today, it carries forward the torch of its predecessors in a renewed form.
The new Opposition Party magazine consists of sections such as Seeds of Thought, Truth About China, The Road of the Democracy Movement, Video Columns, Serialized Works, and Archives. It maintains an official website at https://www.zyd1998.com and publishes an electronic issue on the 25th of each month, with a printed edition released simultaneously. Subscriptions are welcome.
