This collection not only represents the pinnacle of创作 (creative) output from the first American woman to win the Nobel Prize in Literature, but also features the unique provenance of two volumes containing the original "Ex-Libris" bookplates of former owner Alex Raus Frankoviz.
All volumes in this set were published by Pearl S. Buck’s primary publisher, The John Day Company. Ranging from a 1932 First Trade Edition of Sons to the 1939 release of The Patriot, each book carries the tangible marks of mid-20th-century history—a true literary treasure long sought after by dedicated collectors.
