 Author's Presentation Inscription: Warmly inscribed and signed by Jackson H. Ralston in February 1946 to his former legal associate: "To my past Partner at the Law, Stanley D. Willis, with Best Wishes of Jackson H. Ralston."

 Unique Ephemera Included: Tucked inside is an original typed letter signed (TLS) by Ralston on his personal Palo Alto letterhead, dated June 23, 1928. In the letter, Ralston humorously congratulates "My dear Stanley" on the birth of his newborn son after fifteen years of marriage.

 Binding: Hardcover bound in original reddish-brown cloth with gilt lettering. Firm spine, corners slightly bumped, with light vintage shelf wear.

 Interior: Pages are clean and crisp. Ralston's presentation inscription is bold and highly legible. The 1928 personal letter is beautifully preserved, maintaining clear signature ink and paper integrity.
